Waterjet Operator
Performs production-machining operations to specifications on a
variety of materials.
Work is completed under the limited direction and/or guidance of
the department Supervisor.
Major duties include, set up and operation of Water jet machining
system, troubleshooting machine issues,
and perform routine maintenance.
Candidate must read and interpret blueprints and/or drawings necessary
to complete assignments.
Good interpersonal skills.
Knowledgeable with CAD (AutoCad), and relevant computer skills.
A minimum of two (3) years machine operations experience is required.
Blanchard Grinder
Candidate must possess ability to efficiently set up
and operate rotary surface grinder to exacting tolerances
in both ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
A minimum of 5 years of verified experience is required.
Double Disc Grinder
Candidate must possess ability to efficiently set up
and opposed disc Gardner/Besly grinder to exacting tolerances
in both ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
A minimum of 5 years of verified experience is required.
CNC experience is a plus
Precision Plate Saw Operators
Candidate must possess ability to efficiently set up and operate
plate saw machines in non-ferrous materials.
Understanding of carbide tip blades is required.
A minimum of 5 years of metal service center experience is required.
Machine Operator Trainees

Sr. Maintenance Mechanic
Overview.
The position involves all phases of machine maintenance, and overhaul. Extensive knowledge of electrical systems required. Responsibilities of this job include but are not limited to ensuring all equipment meets or exceeds budgeted production goals and objectives of the company; assisting in the control of downtime) and material usage, repairs, continuous improvement, ensuring production equipment is in good working order and recommending changes to improve uptime, and ensure preventative maintenance schedules are achieved, and ensure accurate record keeping.
Detail of Technical Responsibility
The ideal candidate will have the ability to diagnose, repair machine malfunctions, perform routine cleaning and lubrication schedules, perform overhaul and troubleshooting. Candidate will perform maintenance and repair on facilities, machine tools, machines and equipment requiring basic to complex knowledge of maintenance repairs to include but not limited to CNC machining centers, material handling equipment, automatic/manual machine tools, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics/pneumatics, and all production equipment.
Must possess solid troubleshooting skills w/ Mechanic, Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.
Experience and Education:
HS diploma and 5-10 years’ experience in manufacturing plant maintenance, preferably in a machine shop and manufacturing plant environment. Knowledge/background in electrical, mechanical, construction and machine shop is necessary. Knowledge of PLC Programming structure, such as Ladder Logic, and PLC is preferred. Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills are essential.
