We stock aluminum, stainless steel, and A36 carbon steel on our floor, ready to process the day your order comes in. But that's not the limit of what we can do. We work with local distributors to source additional alloys on your behalf. Once sourced, we process them in house using the same Blanchard grinding, double disc grinding, waterjet cutting, and precision sawing capabilities we use on our stocked materials. If your project calls for something outside our standard inventory, there's a good chance we can still get it done.
Copper plate is prized for its conductivity and corrosion resistance, which is why it shows up across electrical, plumbing, and decorative work. We source copper plate through our local distributor network and process it to your specifications with the same equipment we use on our stocked plate.
Tool steel is engineered for hardness and wear resistance, making tool steel plate a common choice for dies, molds, and cutting tools that need to hold up under repeated stress. We source tool steel to your grade and specification and process the plate in house for tight-tolerance tooling work.
Brass plate, a copper-zinc alloy, offers strong corrosion resistance along with a distinct appearance that makes it a common choice for decorative hardware, fittings, and musical instrument components. We can source and process brass plate to your specifications.
Bronze plate, a copper-tin alloy, is known for its low friction and wear resistance, which is why it's a common material for bushings, bearings, and marine hardware. We source and process bronze plate for projects that call for those properties.
We can also source and process a limited range of additional materials on request:
If you need carbon or mild steel, see our A36 steel plate page, that material is part of our standard stocked inventory.
Tell us the material, grade, and processing you need, and we'll let you know what we can source and how quickly we can turn it around.
Request A Quote NowNo, these aren't part of our in-house stocked inventory the way aluminum, stainless steel, and A36 steel are. We work with local distributors to source them, then process the material in house using the same grinding, milling, and waterjet cutting equipment we use on our stocked plate.
Reach out and let us know what you're working with. Even if a material isn't listed on this page, we may still be able to source and process it depending on your specifications.
Yes. Regardless of where the raw material comes from, our processing is backed by the same ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 Rev. D certifications that cover everything else we produce. You can see our process firsthand on our plant process tour.
