Blanchard grinding, also called rotary surface grinding, removes stock quickly from one side of a stainless steel plate. We use it on large parts like mold plates and vacuum chambers, holding flatness and parallelism within 0.001 inch.

Waterjet Cutting

Our waterjet cutting equipment holds tolerances up to plus or minus 0.015 inch while cutting stainless steel plate into precise shapes, with tight nesting that lowers material waste and cost per part. Because waterjet cutting eliminates heat-affected zones, it also works well for stacking multiple layers with consistent tolerance.

Double Disc Grinding

Double disc grinding finishes both sides of a stainless steel plate at once, which holds tight thickness tolerance and parallelism across the whole piece. It's a good option for thinner stock where Blanchard grinding isn't practical.
